Not very common in the Veneto, however this varietal is ideally suited to soils of alluvial origin. The result is a wine rich in personality and authenticity, straw yellow in colour with greenish hues, that is delicate, attractive and elegant as well as being full-bodied and velvety with a lingering aromatic typicity.

Food pairing: prosciutto appetisers, fish and shellfish dishes, cheeses, soups and risottos.
